Requests to speak will be accepted until 7:05pm, at which time chat will be closed, and no further requests for comment will be honored.

Motion to authorize the Solicitor to prepare and advertise an ordinance amendment to § 214, Obstructions, of Part 2, Sidewalks, of Chapter 21, Streets and Sidewalks, as recommended by the Ordinance Review Committee

b.

Motion to approve and authorize the execution of a Professional Services Agreement with HERA Property Registry, LLC to provide property registration services, subject to the review and approval of the Solicitor

c.

Motion to approve the Mid-Year Budget Adjustments dated August 4, 2023, as recommended by the Finance Committee

d.

Motion to grant the request of Tuscany Girls for the requested waivers from the Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance related to the property located at 1301 Glasgow Street, as outlined in the Madaras Consulting LLC letter of July 10, 2023, and which include:

  1. Section 22-A404.18 – Final landscape plan showing location, number, size and species of all trees
  2. Section 22-503.1 – Total number of trees required
