Motion to approve the waiver requests of the Montgomery County Housing Authority for the Bright Hope Community Play Spaces located at 540 W. Walnut Street as set forth in the Remington Vernick letter dated December 7, 2023, specifically granting the following waivers from the Pottstown Borough Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance:

i.

22-400.2.D:Requirement to show existing topography across the whole parcel

Motion to adopt the resolution amending the fee schedules regarding the Airport, Parks and Recreation, Public Works and Licensing and Inspection

Motion to authorize the Solicitor to prepare and advertise an ordinance amending the Pottstown Borough Authority/Borough Articles of Incorporation Amendments

Motion to appoint four individuals to the Blighted Review Committee – for 1-year terms to expire December 31st, 2024

Motion to appoint an individual to the Pottstown Borough Authority – one 5-year term to expire January 1st, 2029

Motion to adopt a resolution appointing an individual to the Zoning Hearing Board – one 3-year term to expire January 1st, 2027 and one individual to a 3-year alternate term to expire January 1st, 2027
