Parks and Recreation. The parade will begin at the Goodwill Fire
Station on High Street in Pottstown. Costumed individuals may meet beginning
at 6:00 p.m. Judging of individuals at 6:30 p.m. at Goodwill parking lot. More
information on how to enter will be available at your school or contact the Pottstown
Parks
and Recreation Department. Refreshments and awards will be given to all participants.
